Sift the flour and make a small hole in the middle, add the yeast and warm milk over it, mix until it dissolves, add the beaten eggs with the sugar, honey and salt and then the cream.

Knead a non-sticky dough that you leave to rise until it doubles in volume

We take a part of the dough and spread it in a round sheet 1 cm thick that we cut into triangles, at the base of the triangle we put a chopped chocolate cube and we start to roll easily

Place in the pan, cover and leave in a warm place for about 20 minutes

Grease the croissants with an egg dissolved with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds in the oven for about 30 minutes on low heat.
