To start we put 2 liters of water with a pinch of salt to boil. Then wash the vegetables and cut everything into cubes. Eggplants in large cubes, and zucchini and mushrooms, small, about the size of a corn kernel.

When the water has boiled, scald the eggplants, then drain them in a sieve. When they have cooled completely, squeeze them well, well until we remove all the water.

In a bowl, mix all the finely chopped vegetables and greens with 4 of the 5 eggs, semolina, salt and pepper.

I used a silicone form and it was not necessary to grease it, but if you don't have silicone, don't forget to grease it with olive oil and cover it with a little semolina.

Then put the whole composition in the pan, pour the beaten egg on the surface and then sprinkle with a little olive oil.

Put the tray in the hot oven and bake on medium heat for about 40 minutes.

your recipe would be even better if you replaced raw eggs with a cake made of chickpea flour and the one boiled with a piece of tofu, marinated or given through turmeric, I understand that you also need aesthetics :), fried in a little oil.

Dear Florentina, I tested a new recipe for 100% vegetable drob, I just looked in the shelf with seeds and saw rye, barley and oat flakes. So my recipe for drob is: 1 cup whole wheat barley flakes, 1 cup oat flakes, 1 cup rye flakes, 1 link leurda, 1 link onion, 1-2 grated carrots, pepper, 500 g finely chopped mushrooms, 300 g natural machines pitted, 3-5 tablespoons oil, turmeric, curry, 3 tablespoons inactive yeast flakes (egg substitute). I mixed the cereal flakes and put them in cold water to hydrate for 2-3 hours, I squeezed them well with water and I mixed them with the rest of the finely chopped or grated ingredients. Toul was well arranged in a tray lined with baking paper, then I stuck whole mushrooms in the composition - like eggs!
