Rice pudding is great for a delicious breakfast
- 1 cup rice
- 4 glasses of whole milk
- 1 old glass
- 2 apples
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 free of rom
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pina Collada rice pudding:
Wash the rice and boil it together with the heated milk, the coconut flakes and half the amount of sugar in the slow cooker on the high function for 2 hours. Halfway through the time we lift the lid and mix. (Digital Crock Pot 4.7 l)
After the rice has boiled, add the rum essence and mix well.
Wash the apples, remove the stalks and cut into slices. Put the remaining caramelized sugar together with the apples in a non-stick pan and sprinkle with rum essence.
Serve the rice with the caramelized apples.
