From flour, yeast, lard or melted butter, salt and water, knead a dough that you leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
Saute finely chopped onion in oil, water and salt. Allow to cool and drain. Cut the sausages (huts) and pastrami (optional) into cubes. incorporate these ingredients into the dough, season with cumin and mix. Pour the composition into a cake tin, greased with oil and leave for another 15 minutes to rest, cover the tray, cover it with baking paper and place the cake tin with the open side down. Bake for about 40 minutes, over high heat.
Then remove the cake form from the dough and leave it on low heat for another 20-30 minutes, until it catches a crispy and golden crust. Meanwhile, prepare the cream sauce by mixing the butter with the cottage cheese, sour cream, grated smoked cheese, garden herbs, salt, white pepper and lemon juice. Let the flavors blend in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. After cooling, cut the roll into cakes and serve with the spicy cheese-flavored sauce.
Advice! You can replace game sausages with another spicy assortment (Sibiu salami, plain sausages or cabanos) and pastrami with another smoked sausage (gypsy muscle, outlaw cutlet or ham).
This appetizer can be prepared in advance, as it is kept cold even for a week (including cream cheese).
Recommendation: Finns serve this traditional dish with a glass of local vodka, but Romanian brandy is also excellent.
What ingredients do you need for the best appetizer cake
The appetizer check can be customized according to your preferences. Flour, salt and oil are basic. So are eggs, unless you want to get a fasting appetizer. Starting from these ingredients you can add cheese, sausages, vegetables or greens.
We used chicken parizer but you can replace it with pork parizer, salami, ham, kaizer, cabanos or any type of sausage. Or you can remove it completely from the recipe if you want to prepare the cake only with vegetables and cheese. What type of cheese should you use? The best appetizer cake, in terms of texture, will be the one with a lot of cheese. Whether you use feta, cheese, telemea or gouda.
We reduced ourselves to very little salt because the telemeau and the olives were already salted. I used ground pepper and chili flakes to sprinkle on top. If you want you can add pepper and chili flakes to the composition. The latter is optional, we like to have something spicy.
We all like an appetizer cake as good as possible, but in order to be good-looking, try to use as many colors as possible. For green you can use green onions, green bell peppers or donuts. As greens you can add parsley, larch or dill. It is important to use your favorite flavor.
Peasant appetizer check with telemea and homemade sausage
Today we enjoy a peasant appetizer check with telemea and homemade sausage, good to pack or for breakfast.
Whether you want to serve breakfast, or a snack between meals, or you want to enrich the palette of snacks from a family event, this appetizer cake is great.
It can be made with almost any ingredient, according to everyone's taste and you just have to let your imagination run wild! Today I made it with olives, Telemea cheese, peppers, sausage, green onions and tomatoes, but I don't think there is an ingredient that I haven't tried in this wonderful cake.
As a way of preparation, I can say that it is so simple, but its taste, tenderness and even appearance make you want another slice and another!
I also tried it in the forms of muffins, on a tray, I don't even know exactly how many ways and how many ingredients, pickled donuts, zucchini, mushrooms, ham, onions (which is also good with onions), peas, etc.
Stay together for the list of ingredients but also the simple way of preparation.

Mix the flour with the salt, baking powder and pepper.
In a large bowl put the flour with eggs and oil and mix vigorously until you get a fine and homogeneous composition.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the tomatoes and a few olives. Incorporate the ingredients into the dough and pour into a tray lined with baking paper.
Put the rest of the olives on top, the cherry tomatoes cut in half and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick test passes.
Take out the tray and leave it to temper, after which we can cut and serve. It goes great for breakfast with a cup of yogurt or tea, as a snack or with other pieces for a snack at an event.
Kaizer appetizer check with olives and cheese & # 8211 A really great recipe!
The aperitif cake is a great idea for the moments when you have guests but you don't have much time to prepare something good. It can also be eaten for breakfast because it is full and very tasty.

1 teaspoon butter, oil, pepper mix, salt
Method of preparation:
I know that for many of you "appetizer cake" sounds complicated and quite difficult to achieve. In reality, the recipe is very simple.
Cut the meat and fry a little. Mix the yogurt with the eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Stir continuously. Add the fried meat, the pepper pieces. Grate the cheese and add it to the dough.
Cut the olives and tomatoes and add them to the dough. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Pour the dough into the greased pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. 3-4 minutes before removing it permanently from the oven, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and put it back in the oven to brown a little.
Appetizer cake recipe with vegetables and ham
The advantage of such a salty cake is that we can use our favorite ingredients, or those left in the refrigerator.
We really like Mexican vegetables as a garnish for steak. And as I had such a garnish the day before, what was left, I used for this cake.
Pressed ham or smoked ham is not missing from the refrigerator. We use it more in sandwiches for work. As well as olives, they are indispensable in the refrigerator. So I combined all these ingredients into an appetizer full of color and flavor.
In the composition of the dough I used yogurt and eggs, in addition to flour and oil. And for extra freshness I added green parsley.
As spices I added ground cumin and nutmeg, basil and thyme. These are the spices we like the most.
Appetizer cake recipes are very versatile. I also recommend you from the blog and appetizer cake recipe with zucchini and smoked sausages.

Add the cottage cheese mixed with sour cream, beaten eggs, onion and dill.

Pour into a cake tin lined with baking paper.
Put in the preheated oven, for about 40 minutes, at 180 degrees or until it is baked, well set, pass the test with the toothpick and catch a nicely browned crust on top.

appetizer or hall it is a dish that is served at the opening of the meal and consists of different types of food, depending on the area or country, food served cold or hot.
We often find in restaurants, in menus, names for appetizers in other languages, such as starter from English (also called appetizer in English) or even snack.
If we think of the French Aperitif, often associated with French digestive (in Romanian digestive), means an alcoholic beverage that is drunk before a meal to stimulate appetite. Among the drinks that are considered appetizers as drinks are strawberry, blueberry, brandy, brandy, grape, sour cherry, cherry.
The same goes for the classic appetizers in solid foods. They are used to stimulate the appetite and are served before a main course. It can be a sandwich with a cream cheese or a whipped bean cream or stuffed mushrooms.
