Prepare the dough: put the flour in the bowl of the robot with the sugar and lemon peel.

Soak the yeast with warm milk, a little sugar and a little flour-let it rise a little.

We start the kneading robot and add to the flour eggs, milk with yeast and finally melted butter - gradually.

Knead well until the dough becomes elastic and comes off the walls of the bowl.

We gather it in a ball and powder it with a little flour. Leave in the covered pot to rise for about 1 hour.

When it has risen and is ready to be shaped, we take it out on the work table and spread the dough with the rolling pin in a rather thin sheet. The sheet is cut into squares and we fill each square with the cheese filling - be generous :)

Place the cheeses in a tray prepared with baking paper, grease them with beaten egg and put them in the preheated oven -180ºC, for 25-30 minutes.

When we take them out, let them cool a little, then powder them with powdered sugar.
