How to make berry cheesecake
Start chopping the biscuits and then add the melted butter.
Mix the two ingredients, put the mixture in a mold, compact well to form a uniform base.
In a large bowl whip together the cream, cheese, ricotta, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla essence.
Pour the filling obtained on the biscuit base and bake in the oven at 170 ° C for about 1 hour.
