The ham pizzas are my last leavened dough, for some time now I am no longer free to take the jar of flour that immediately I find Elisa attached to my legs telling me "Mom to make pizza" and how not to please her! So what you see today are the baby ham pizzas prepared together with my little helper who, in addition to kneading, had a lot of fun cutting out the dough with the molds :) You can also find this recipe in this week's modern woman newspaper where I continue with my rubricetta "kitchen with sea view" and who knows that one day this little wish will come true. How to make ham pizzas
Place the flour in a fountain, make a hole in the center and add the yeast and water and start kneading.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and salt and continue to knead until it forms a ball
let the pizza rise for 2 hours
Roll out the dough on a floured pastry board and with a round dough cutter you get small pizzas.
Place the pizzas obtained on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle with a drizzle of oil, diced ham and mozzarella and place in a preheated oven at 200 °
Cook the ham pizzas for 20 minutes, then serve hot.
