It has been a long time since I wanted to try the recipe for grouper fillets in potato crust, a complete second course, light and very easy to make. I don't know how, but I managed to convince my husband to do some diet ... and above all to eat some fish! So these days you will find on the blog various diet recipes but at the same time appetizing;) I'm doing my best to prepare light recipes to propose to my husband for dinner, which is not the usual salad with chicken breast, and these fillets of grouper with potatoes are ideal for eating with taste while keeping light :)
How to make grouper fillets with potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange a layer of potatoes. Salt them and sprinkle them with sage, thyme, salt and pepper.
Now place the grouper fillets on the potato bed, add the spices and sprinkle with a drizzle of oil.
Cover everything with another layer of potatoes that covers the fish fillets well and sprinkle this layer with spices and a drizzle of oil.
Cover the grouper fillets and potatoes with a layer of parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
Serve the grouper fillets with the potatoes on plates.
