How to make black cabbage soup
Start cleaning the vegetables.
Cut the carrot into rings, to be cut in half, chop the celery and spring onion and peel and cut the cabbage leaves in half.
In a saucepan, heat the oil with the spring onion.
Then add the carrot and celery and simmer for a few minutes.
Then put the black cabbage.
Mix the ingredients and after a few minutes add the diced potato and mix.
At this point cover with the already hot broth and cook for 15 minutes.
Then add the already boiled beans, season with salt and cook for a few minutes.
Your kale soup is ready to be served with slices of warm bread.
