Bresaola Carpaccio recipe from of 11-08-2017 [Updated on 28-08-2017]
The carpaccio of bresaola is a colorful appetizer, or second course, based on bresaola, rocket and parmesan. To prepare it you will need a bed of bresaola and rocket on which the remaining ingredients will be put and you will feel what a taste! For the dressing I don't use oil or lemon but I simply add a glaze of balsamic vinegar, it gives an extra touch to the dish and is more light, which, especially in this period, never hurts;)
I guess you all already know the recipe for carpaccio of bresaolabut, since it is one of my favorite summer lunches, I wanted to include it on the blog, maybe I just gave you an idea for today's lunch but also a little inspiration in the kitchen I hope it is appreciated;)
How to make bresaola carpaccio
Clean the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, then clean and wash the rocket.
Now cut the parmesan into flakes.
Arrange the slices of bresaola on a serving dish
In two different dishes lay a layer of slices of bresaola slices.
Then add the rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan flakes to the center.
Season your bresaola carpaccio with balsamic vinegar and serve.
