Parmesan cream is a really delicious flavored sauce, perfect to serve spread on canapés ... or, for the sweet tooth, to use to peel the fries: P Never eaten fries with cheese sauce? Well, the time has come to fix it;)
The recipe is very similar to that for making béchamel but richly enriched with Parmesan it becomes a real pleasure, in fact you can also use it to season pasta or to serve as an accompaniment to a fillet of meat. How to make Parmesan cream

Heat the milk in a saucepan without bringing it to a boil.
Meanwhile, separately, melt the butter.
Sprinkle the flour into the butter, stirring with a whisk.

Then add the hot milk slowly, always continuing to mix.

Put the mixture on the fire and let it thicken over low heat.
Turn off the heat and add the grated cheese, a little at a time, stirring constantly with whips.

Your Parmesan cream is ready. You can use it to season pasta, to prepare canapés or to dip French fries in, the choice is yours.
