Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper are a poor first course of the Italian culinary tradition, one of the first dishes you learn to cook as the recipe is simple and fast and the result is guaranteed. TO Naples we call them "vermicielle aglio e uoglio" and they are a dish proposed on every occasion last minute, a real wild card also because they are usually appreciated by everyone. Despite the recipe for spaghetti with garlic and oil is very simple, the quality of the ingredients and some small foresight will make the difference and please, the pasta it must be al dente;)
I don't know about you, but when I return from the sea these days, if I have to think of a dish to prepare on the fly, I think of these spaghetti and therefore I decided to offer them to you on this Saturday in summer.

How to make spaghetti with garlic and oil
Prepare garlic, parsley and chilli.
Remove the green inner core of the garlic, then coarsely chop the garlic, parsley and chilli pepper and put them in a pan with plenty of oil. Brown over medium high heat
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of well salted water.
Drain the spaghetti halfway through cooking (keeping the cooking water aside) and add them to the pan.
Add a couple of ladles of cooking water and finish cooking in the pan, stirring often and making everything tighten well.
The spaghetti with garlic and oil are ready, serve and serve immediately.
