Meatballs with yogurt recipe by of 28-07-2017 [Updated on 28-07-2017]
Meatballs with yogurt are a light and tasty second course. They are prepared by mixing minced meat with Greek yogurt which, in addition to giving softness and flavor to the dough, acts as a binder of the ingredients. As I mentioned, in these meatballs without eggs, yogurt is essential and the taste is not perceived;)
The meatballs are not fried but cooked in a very light tomato sauce, so they are perfect for those looking for a dish that winks at the line;)
Girls I wish you a sweet day, I'm trying to close the last things of the week to go away a couple of days at the quiet beach. I run away and put on the accelerator, kisses: *
How to make meatballs with yogurt
In a bowl put minced meat, softened and chopped bread, yogurt, chopped spring onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Knead until you have a homogeneous mixture to form the small meatballs.
Then prepare the sauce by putting the tomato puree in a pan with a little oil and salt.
Add the meatballs, cover with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes.
Gently turn the meatballs halfway through cooking.
Just before finishing cooking, remove the lid and raise the heat to reduce the sauce.
Your meatballs with yogurt are ready to be brought to the table.
