The salam sandwichand it is a classic that never fails in various buffets. To make it different from the usual preparations, however, just a little imagination, a few more ingredients and that's it! In my version of salami sandwich I added 3 different layers, all accompanied however with a little mayonnaise (which never hurts) and closed on the surface with cherry tomatoes and black olives. As fresh as they are tasty! There are no secrets or teachings to give you, but if you go to the beach today I might have given you an idea for your beach lunch. Today, on the other hand, I celebrate 9 years of marriage with my Ivano who, although every morning he brings me coffee to bed, this morning he wanted to overdo it by having me deliver a full breakfast with croissants, paper clips and cupcakes from the bar;) And now we go to the coast and we continue to celebrate.
How to make a salami sandwich
Cut the sandwich bread into triangles.
Spread the mayonnaise on the first layer and put some lettuce.
Cover with more bread and spread the mayonnaise again.
Now put the salami, then the bread, a slice of brie and again the mayonnaise.
Then close with the bread and with half a tomato and a pitted olive on the surface.
Block with a wooden skewer.
Your salami sandwich is ready to be brought to the table.
