Grilled swordfish recipe of 26-04-2007 [Updated on 21-02-2018]
Swordfish is a fish with white flesh, firm and delicate flavor, without bones and spines; precisely because of these characteristics, swordfish is usually appreciated even by those who do not particularly like fish dishes. grilled swordfish for my love, I prepared the slices with a marinade of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley and various spices, a real treat, a light second course, simple to prepare and of a unique goodness :)
How to make grilled swordfish
Wash and dry the swordfish slices.
Prepare a marinade with oil, salt, rosemary (just picked from my plant hehe), a chilli, a grated lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon.
Put the swordfish to marinate with the sauce prepared for a couple of hours in the fridge.
After a couple of hours, drain the swordfish and cook it on the plate (without adding more oil). When the fish is almost ready, deglaze with the white wine.
Bring the grilled swordfish to the table with a nice side of green salad :)
