The oven is preheated to 220 ° C.

1. Dough:

In a medium saucepan add the butter and water and simmer.

Meanwhile, mix the flour in a bowl with a little water until a creamy composition is formed. Add it little by little, taking care not to form lumps.

Add the 5 eggs and baking powder.

The dough composition is mixed, if necessary.

I chose the round shape of the cake.

Divide the dough composition into two equal parts.

The first half is spread on the whole form greased with butter and put in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until it bakes and gets a golden color.

When it is ready, leave it to cool for 10 minutes, put it on a plate, wash the form, dry it well, grease it again with butter and add the second composition of dough to the oven. Repeat the procedure.

Add the milk, 700 ml and sugar in a pot and put on low heat to boil.

Stir in one.

Vanilla pudding powder, 125ml milk and flour mix well.

Then add in the milk with sugar.

Add the egg yolk.

Mix in one until the pudding is formed.

Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Add the butter and mix the composition as well as possible.

When ready, leave to cool for at least 5 hours, carefully remove the walls of the form and transfer the cake from the form to a plate.

Garnish with powdered sugar and chocolate.

Good appetite!
