The dough is prepared as in my recipe "Classic pizza dough".
Spread the dough in a pan greased with a little oil and prick it with a fork on the whole surface.
Spread the tomato pulp and sprinkle with oregano, basil and pepper.
All ingredients had to be sliced as thin as possible or finely chopped.
Put the ingredients in the desired order on the entire surface of the dough.
Put the whole olives in a circle in the middle of the tray.
Grate the cheese on top, first on the large grater and finally on the small grater.
Place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
When it is nicely browned, take it out of the oven and break an egg in the middle. Break it carefully so it doesn't break like I did.
Put it back in the oven until the egg white hardens.
Remove from the oven and serve.
