For starters we prepare leaf so:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Beat the yolks with the sugar over which we add the oil and the soda, beat them well until they form like a foaming cream. We beat these beaten egg whites over the beaten egg whites, stirring gently until smooth. At the end we add flour and cocoa, mixing gently from the bottom up so as not to leave the composition. It is put in a cake form that we grease with oil and then we cover it with flour, after which we put it in the oven for 40 minutes.

The baked top will be allowed to cool and then cut into three equal parts.

It will be done separately cream mixing all the given ingredients.

While the top is baking, add the water for the syrup to boil with the sugar and rum essence, and when the water is boiled, add the hot chocolate.

After cutting the top, place the first part on a plate and syrup it very well and then grease it with a part of the cream. Then add the second part of the countertop that will be syruped and this, after which the second part of the cream will be added. At the end, add the third part of the countertop, which will also syrup very well. We will spread the remaining cream on the vertical side of the cake because on top we will add the icing that we will make by melting the chocolate with butter in a steam bath.
